Refund policy

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once 24 hours have passed, the order enters preparation and can no longer be cancelled.

Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. As each piece is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been confirmed.

Exchanges

We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all packaging intact. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at amin_saira@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.
